​I’m here to help facilitate your process. To assist with your unfolding and the unfolding of your karmic curriculum - working with the lesson plan the universe has created just for you. This work moves us more towards a compassionate understanding of what we're struggling with, and it's from that place we can let go of our issues.

VortexHealing® works on the energy system holistically, allowing us to release tension patterns on physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological levels. VortexHealing® works with the principle that all the issues we face are the result of conditioning we hold throughout different levels of our energy system. To keep ourselves safe we conditioned ourselves to react to existence in particular ways. But in time, these often stop serving us and actually hold us back, making it tougher to be present with love and freedom. VortexHealing® is a beautiful way to meet this conditioning and work with it to transform ourselves.

​A typical session is 1 hour and has three sections. First we ground and soften your energy system to make it more available for a deeper healing. Then we release the conditioning for the issue on the different levels that are holding it in place. Finally we integrate and harmonise your system to help the shifts digest, and then nourish and ground your system to leave you feeling aligned.
